1. General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Speed Booster for ChatGPT. Before purchasing, all users have access to a 7-day free trial to fully evaluate the extension's features, performance, and compatibility with their specific setup. This trial is activated automatically upon the first-time installation of the extension, ensuring every user has the opportunity to test the Pro features risk-free.

Because you have the opportunity to test the extension risk-free before buying, and because the Pro version is a digital license key delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated. By activating your license key, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales are considered final upon activation.

2. Exceptions

We offer refunds in the following specific circumstances:

  • Activation Failure: If you have purchased a license key and, due to a technical error on our end, the key is invalid or cannot activate the Pro features, and our support team is unable to resolve this issue within 72 hours.
  • Billing Errors: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same license key.
  • Unactivated Keys: If you have purchased a license but have not yet activated it, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

3. Requesting a Refund

For unactivated licenses (exercising your Right of Withdrawal), this request must be made strictly within 14 days of your purchase. For verified Activation Failures, please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Subject line stating: REFUND REQUEST - [ORDER ID]
  • Your Order ID or the email address used for the purchase.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request (e.g., "Key invalid").

4. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically appearing within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of ChatGPT or your web browser.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to utilize the 7-day free trial to verify compatibility and performance prior to purchase.
  • Compatibility issues arising from updates to ChatGPT, Chrome, Firefox, or any other third-party platform.
  • Situations where the problem the Extension solves is addressed by the third-party platform itself (rendering the extension redundant).
  • Dissatisfaction or not meeting expectations: Claims that the extension did not meet your expectations or personal preferences are not valid grounds for a refund.
  • Perceived performance issues that are subjective or caused by external factors (e.g., internet speed, computer hardware).
