1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Speed Booster for ChatGPT (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our studio. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Extension strictly for your personal or internal business purposes. The license key provided with your purchase allows for activation on up to 3 times. Please note that reinstallations on the same device or on different browsers are also counted as additional activations.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Extension.

3. Pro Version & Payments

  • Fees: The Pro version is available for a one-time fee. All payments are processed via our third-party Merchant of Record (MoR), Freemius.
  • Taxes: The price displayed may be subject to VAT or sales tax based on your billing location, which will be calculated at checkout by Freemius.
  • Refunds: All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. By activating a Pro license, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital goods, except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

  • Ownership: All code, design, and original content in the Extension are our exclusive property and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
  • Third-Party Trademarks: "ChatGPT" is a trademark of OpenAI. This Extension is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
  • Respect for IP: We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any part of this Extension infringes upon your copyright or trademark, please contact us at contact@gptspeedbooster.com. We will respond promptly to any legitimate concerns.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of ChatGPT or the browser, nor do we guarantee continued functionality if the performance issues the Extension addresses are resolved by the third-party platform itself.

Because ChatGPT is a third-party service, updates to their platform may temporarily or permanently affect the functionality of this Extension. We strive to update the extension to ensure continued value. However, if the Extension becomes permanently unusable or redundant due to changes in the third-party platform, you acknowledge that the license fee covered the period of functionality provided up to that point, and no refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to discontinue maintenance or support for the Extension at any time. In the event of a planned permanent discontinuation, we will strive to provide reasonable notice; however, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of perceived utility, as the one-time fee covers the access and functionality provided up to the date of discontinuation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of access to third-party AI services—arising out of your use of the Extension.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes implies acceptance.
